In this certification, you will learn strategies and techniques to use the chat box as a sales channel for your customers. Conversation Couture will walk you through our 4-stage process, starting with the introduction and how to end the chat as well. Included in this webinar series is our Chat Box Best Practices course, where you will learn about the do’s and don’ts of chat box communication. By following this process and completing all the worksheet activities in this program, you will be able to start offering virtual in-store experiences to your customers.
