Yes. You have 365 days to complete the course. After the course is completed, you will continue to have access for 3 months.
After you complete all required courses and pass all the quizzes with a 80% or higher, within 24 hours you will emailed the certification certificate and a downloadable certification graphic for you use.
Conversation Couture has an Online Learning Center with courses starting at $99 each. If you are looking for a company-wide solution, Conversation Couture provides clients with a customized proposal. Every client is different, from the small business owner to corporate, and we understand nothing is standard in the luxury market.
Conversation Couture accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and Google Pay. We do not have a refund policy. All sales are final.
The courses in the Online Learning Center are self-paced, however for individual courses we estimate it will take around 30 minutes to complete. Especially if you are using the downloaded worksheets and taking the quiz.

Yes! We are able to customize all the downloads in the courses. This will provide companies with worksheet activities and checklists that are focused on the specific brand. The process starts with a discussions with CEO, and then our team will work on a project plan to roll out.
Yes! We offer 1/2 day and full day training sessions if the brand would prefer doing an in-person training. Please contact our CEO, Olivia, for more information.
