Conversation Couture's Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our courses and we are disappointed you would like a refund on any of our courses.  In order to receive a refund, you must meet the following guidelines:

1.  No later than 14 days after purchase.
2.  No refund will be accepted if a Certification has been issued or full program has been completed.
3.  No refund will be accepted if you have completed over 10% of the course (not program).
