In Chat Box Stage 3: Summarize and Propose, you will learn to summarize what you have learned about your customer and propose your products or services.
After you learn about your customer, it is important to not just start sending links in the chat box. You need to summarize to ensure all your information is accurate, then you can start proposing products or services based on your summary. The how and why is just as important!

- The Chat Box Stage 3: Summarize and Propose eLearning course is part of the Chat Box Certification Program. When you complete the 5 eLearning courses, the certification mark will be emailed to you.
Course Access
Students will have 1 year to complete the course, and will have access to the material for 30 days after completing the course .
