Virtual Retail 360 Certification
The Virtual Retail 360 Certification includes all the programs.
In this Conversation Couture certification, you will learn strategies and techniques to create the same sales experience in any virtual environment your company offers to customers. When you sell products online in any virtual environment, it is not the same as when you are working with a customer in-store.
This certification will walk you through our Virtual Experience courses, Chat Box Communication courses and our Foundation Essential courses. By following programs and completing all the worksheet activities, you will be able to start offering virtual in-store experiences and use the chat box as a sales channel to your customers.
The courses in this program will also outline the differences in the two sales channels, give you good strategies for listening, how to use nonverbal communication effectively, and how to set up your store and help your customer set up as well.
