In this eLearning course, Conversation Couture will work through the differences of completing a sale virtually and in-store.
In the Comparing In-Store and Virtual Experiences eLearning course, students will understand why selling in a virtual environment is different from selling products in-store. There are different strategies, tactics and cadence to consider when selling luxury products online that will help drive the sale. There is a worksheet activity along with a suggested customer in-take form to help start the process.

Comparing Online and Virtual Experiences is part of the Foundation Essentials Program. When you complete all 3 eLearning courses, a Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you.
Students will have 1 year to complete the course, and will have access to the material for 30 days after completing the course .
