In this Conversation Couture program, you will learn strategies and techniques to create the same sales experience in a virtual environment.  When you sell products online in a virtual environment, it is not the same as when you are working with a customer in-store. 

This certification will walk you through our 5-stage process of creating a virtual in-store experience. By following this 5-stage process and completing all the worksheet activities in this program, you will be able to start offering virtual in-store experiences to your customers.

The courses in this program will also outline the differences in the two sales channels, give you good strategies for listening, how to use nonverbal communication effectively, and how to set up your store and help your customer set up as well.
