In this Conversation Couture certification, you will learn chat box strategies and techniques to create the similar sales experience in a chat box. When you sell products through the chat box, the sales process is not the same as when you are working with a customer in-store.
This certification will walk you through our 4-stage process of chat box communications plus it includes our Best Practices course. By following this process and completing all the worksheet activities in this program, you will be able to start using the chat box as a sales channel to your customers.
The courses in this certification will also outline the differences in the two sales channels, give you good strategies for listening, how to use nonverbal communication effectively, and how to set up your store and help your customer set up as well.
